SUMMER PROGRAM 2026
Our summer camps and clinics were extremely successful the last few years and allowed our club to grow exponentially in numbers and talent becoming the biggest volleyball club in Colorado. We've added some new, fun opportunities to the schedule and tweaked a few things in some clinics from last summer in order to elevate the volleyball talent across the Denver Metro area. We believe our Summer Program has something for every athlete at any skill level. Check out what we have to offer below!

DENVER JUNIORS VOLLEYBALL CLUB

OPEN GYM
Our Open Gyms were so popular the last few summers that we had to rent more courts! We had record breaking numbers every session and we expect that to remain the same this summer. If you're looking for a lot of high-quality reps in each individual skill as well as a lot of game-like playing opportunities, Open Gym is the place for you! We have a court for every level of athlete. We let the girls get reps in hitting lines, serving, and passing, and then move on to playing 6-on-6 drills! All dates and times are posted on the calendar on our website!

SKILL CAMP
Skill Camp is for Middle School and High School aged athletes with little to many years of experience. We will break down each skill from the beginning and work our way up to game like drills to put those skills to the test! Athletes will be separated on different courts based on skill level. It is 3 hours long with a 15 minute snack break in the middle. These camps will be lead by our top head coaches. All dates and times are posted on the calendar on our website!

HIGH PERFORMANCE TRAINING (HPT)
High Performance Training is designed for female athletes aged 14 to 18 (8th grade-seniors in high school) who are looking to refine their skills and become faster, more precise, and more successful players. Our high performance training will be lead by our Club Director, Alan, and will focus on each volleyball skill while emphasizing speed, decision making, playing under pressure, communication with teammates, etc. Players will receive hundreds and hundreds of touches/ repetitions on and with the ball in order to improve the position they play on the court. All dates and times are posted on the calendar on our website!

OPEN EVALUATIONS
In accordance with RMR, new this year, we will hold an Open Evaluation period prior to tryouts. These open evaluations will be run similar to our Open Gyms but will allow players an opportunity to showcase their skills to coaches in a less stressful environment than an official tryout.
During this period, clubs are allowed to make verbal offers to players. Official offers will be sent after the Open Evaluation Period during the Tryout Period. Even if players receive a verbal offer during the Open Evaluation Period, they should still plan to attend a tryout to receive an official offer.

CLUB TRYOUTS
Tryouts for the 2026-2027 season are here and we want YOU to be a part of Denver Juniors Volleyball Club! You only have to attend one tryout (unless a coach asks you to come again).
Tryouts for all high schoolers (ages 15s-18s) will be starting on Friday, July 10th. Tryouts for all middle schoolers (ages 10s-14s) will be starting Friday, August 21st.
West and East Campus Tryouts for high schoolers will be held together at Colorado Academy.
