Coach Alysa will be leading one hour training sessions twice per week. Alysa has an extensive background in S&C. She has a BS in Exercise Science, completed her internship with Loren Landow (S&C coach of the broncos, olympic, collegiate, and high school athletes), and co-owned a successful sport-specific S&C company for three years.

 

Athletes will learn very important skills and gain necessary strength that can be transferred to the volleyball court. Acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, foot speed/coordination, vertical, and stamina will be worked on heavily throughout the sessions.

 

This is definitely something every athlete needs to become a better volleyball player! There will be a VERY limited number of spots available, so don't wait too long to sign up! Make sure to read the experience level definitions in the info section to help with choosing an experience level.
