Our Strenght-Agility-Speed program will be run by Coach Caitlin. Athletes will learn very important skills and gain necessary strength that can be transferred to the volleyball court. Acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, foot speed/coordination, vertical, and stamina will be worked on heavily throughout the sessions.
This is definitely something every athlete needs to become a better volleyball player! There will be a VERY limited number of spots available, so don't wait too long to sign up!
You can register for each session individually or you can pick multiple sessions to purchase at the same time.
To purchase multiple sessions:
- Go in and pick one date that you would like to purchase.
- Fill out the rest of the required fields
- Click "add to cart"
- From there, exit out of the cart
- Pick another date that you would like to purchase (all other fields will automatically remain filled in)
- Click "add to cart"
- Repeat for as many separate dates or programs as you would like.
