OPEN GYM AUGUST - SEPTEMBER
Our Open Gyms were extremely successful in June and July! We've added more dates throughout August and September in order to elevate the volleyball talent across the Denver Metro area. We believe our Open Gyms have something for every athlete at any skill level. We have also added Club and RYL (formerly CYL) tryouts to our calendar. These Open Gyms will serve as a great opportunity, especially for our younger players ages 11-14, to get extra reps in before September tryouts. We will, however, have courts for all skill levels to allow athletes to get reps in hitting, setting, serving, passing and 6v6 play. Check out what we have to offer below - more dates will be added in the coming weeks.

Our Open Gyms were so popular the last few summers that we had to rent more courts! We had record breaking numbers every session and we expect that to remain the same this summer. If you're looking for extra reps in each skill and a lot of game-like playing opportunities, Open Gym is the place for you! We have a court for every level of athlete. We let the girls get reps in hitting lines, serving, and passing, and then move on to playing 6-on-6 drills!
